David Bellamy the world famous botanist and conservationist has died. I watched David on TV in many of his various programmes on nature which absorbed the viewer completely much because of his sincere enthusiasm. I once met him at the GLEE Show (Garden & Leisure) in Birmingham. To quote him “No garden is complete without a Trug” – a quote I have always remembered in my darkest hours of Trug making! May the world not forget you David.
