Rural Australia!
Posted on:We recently sent a trug to Chris Taylor in New South Wales, Australia. There was a bit of a delay in delivering in Australia which we picked up on our monitoring of Chris’ parcel and we chased the couriers directly. Chris now has written to us saying:
“Hi Robin, I now have the package. I can’t thank you enough for the great service when I purchased the trug, but your concern in tracking the package. This is predominantly a rural area and couriers will not deliver to the house address, but will leave the package with the local PO. They normally will let us know when anything arrives, but this time they did not. I assume that they thought the courier would let us know. Anyway it arrived very safe and sound”.
Thanks for letting us know Chris. Good job in the end by Parcel2Go, Parcelforce, who transported to Australia and Australia Post for completing the delivery. Collected 28th November and delivered to rural Australia by 8th December! Not bad for some 10,300 miles!!
